Test coverage and limits

Synthetic data only. No real agreement acceptance or operational changes.

New scenario lab (implemented only here)

20 accounts / 5 areas / 6 engineers

Exact count/unique topology assertions; balanced and surge datasets, 1,440 each

All 24 existing work-type labels

Unique set assertion plus all 96 type × priority pairs; every type appears in both deterministic datasets

Four priorities; all coverage bases

Set assertions; standard/extended warranty, contract, chargeable, not assessed

Coverage validity

Hand-authored exact expiry, one unit after expiry, before start and missing-date oracle assertions; contract continuity explicitly flagged

Dispatch availability/workload

Every assigned record eligible at decision; no engineer interval overlap in either profile; explicit day-zero leave/floater/time oracle

Queuing

No eligible slot yields unassigned/escalation; balanced 113/1,440, surge 899/1,440; this is a snapshot, not queue-resolution completion

Parts

Nonnegative balances, atomic reserve/issue, capped unused returns; shortage cases recorded in both profiles; receipt/issue/return ledger

Reusable equipment

Availability/compatibility reservation; return + inspection hold; pairwise no reuse before readiness assertions in balanced profile

SLA as agreement

Versioned account policy, ticket snapshot, scope/calendar/exclusions/approval; continuity-specific draft/active-simulation commitments

SLA clock/math

Receipt and acceptance modes, fixed observed events; hand-authored 1h vs 0.75h oracle; exact deadline and overlapping pause merge; pauses at/after expiry do not retroactively extend deadlines

Continuity

Loaner, backup, reinstallation, declined, accepted simulation, review and unavailable-stock outcomes

Client/admin previews

Implemented static UI and account filtering; syntax checked. Prepared browser test NOT executed successfully

Both profiles are regenerated deterministically; these counts are coverage fixtures, not real customer activity or proof of an exhaustive application test.

Existing app functions exercised with all 2,880 mapped scenarios

`existing-model-test.cjs` calls the original release-99 coverage-check, customer-revenue, internal-cost and labor functions. Independent expected values: three labor hours; SAR 400 internal cost; SAR 0 covered customer charge or SAR 260 chargeable; invalid positive covered labor charge rejected. This does not mean the prototype's new scheduling/policy objects are accepted by existing live APIs.

Existing baseline suites actually run

PASS:

PARTIAL / BLOCKED:

Not established

Real login/logout or organization tenancy isolation in a browser; real five-area server migration; transaction/concurrent slot locking; real contract approval; email or Apple share dispatch; live SAP/SSO; iOS compile/device QA; clinical suitability; real manufacturer entitlement; production readiness; integration of the new lab with the live navigation. Existing baseline tests do not remove these limits.

Independent final review

56/56 independent oracle groups pass against engine SHA-256 `22eb173af8ea16eb5194df06121425d688da7a9dcbabb9f1f7ebfb389ccd8e43`. Oracles independently reconstruct stock balances, check eligibility/capacity/intervals and reusable-item quarantine, verify no feasible remaining dispatch gaps, all 96 type×priority combinations, invalid-input rejection and reason-tagged pauses. Balanced has 83 part shortages; surge has 536. These are declared stock assumptions, not evidence of real supply adequacy.
