Equipment lifecycle / foundation
Know the equipment.
Make the inputs clear.
Keep milestones, maintenance and usage in view, with every unknown and operational constraint visible.
Built for quantity-based
capacity planning
Six sample identities from the existing simulated register. New lifecycle and usage fields begin unknown; existing reports and their 1,000-asset / 5,000-request dataset are unchanged.

01 / Independent milestones
Lifecycle dates
Enter only deliberate simulated dates. Delivery, installation, acceptance, commissioning and warranty are separate facts. A blank field remains unknown; no date fills another.
02 / Separate operational inputs
Occupancy & condition
Idle equipment may still be unavailable. Record occupancy and operational condition separately, including when each observation expires. No new per-equipment authorization step is introduced.
These inputs do not establish clinical suitability. Clinical requirements and decisions remain with qualified people and approved hospital processes. No patient data, clinical assignment or scheduling is performed.
03 / Evidence-based maintenance
PPM schedule proposal
Preventive maintenance needs its own reviewed source and interval. A warranty date does not create a maintenance policy. This form can only calculate a simulated proposal.
Maintenance review is specific to the schedule and is not an equipment authorization workflow. No real manufacturer recommendation has been inferred or approved here.
04 / Explicit interval evidence
Usage ledger
Append timestamped simulated observations. Current occupancy never creates past usage. Unknown gaps stay visible and no event is silently overwritten.
| Event | Status | Interval · UTC | Recorded · UTC | Recorder |

Measure a disclosed window
Utilization is a time-based measure. The result shows the chosen denominator, missing observation time and the assessment cutoff.
What this foundation establishes
Clear inputs. Visible limits.
These are local, simulated inputs for future equipment-quantity capacity planning. They do not create jobs, reserve equipment, make clinical decisions or connect to live systems.
Future planning must combine equipment quantities, procedure-demand bundles, time slots and turnaround rules provided through approved human processes. Durable storage, identity, concurrent edits and deployment are outside this prototype.
